New Settings: Pass Fees to Customers

Pass BlockBee service and blockchain fees directly to customers at checkout.

Merchants can now transfer service and blockchain fee costs to customers with full transparency.

BlockBee now lets you decide who covers transaction costs. With our latest update, you can pass both service fees and blockchain network fees directly to your customers at checkout.

These new options can be activated in your Dashboard → Profile Settings → Payment Settings. Simply toggle on:

• Service Fees – pass BlockBee’s processing fee to the customer.
• Blockchain Fees – pass the variable network fee required to forward the funds. This fee is shown as an estimate at checkout and may differ slightly from the final amount paid on-chain.

Once enabled, the fees are calculated per cryptocurrency and displayed transparently at checkout. This gives you full control over your margins while keeping the payment process clear and fair.
