New Feature: Mark Partial Checkout Payments as Paid

We are pleased to announce an enhancement to your BlockBee merchant dashboard that offers greater flexibility in handling transactions. You can now mark partial checkout payments as "Paid", allowing you to accept incomplete payments from your customers as fully settled orders.

What's New?

Mark Partial Payments as Paid: When a customer makes an incomplete payment, you now have the option to acknowledge it as a completed transaction.
Automatic IPN Notifications: Once you mark a partial payment as "Paid," our system will send an Instant Payment Notification (IPN) just like it does for full payments.

Benefits to You

  • Greater Flexibility: Decide on accepting partial payments based on your business needs.
  • Improved Customer Experience: Accommodate customers who may not be able to pay the full amount upfront, enhancing satisfaction and potentially boosting sales.
  • Seamless Integration: This feature works effortlessly with your existing processes—no changes are required on your part.

No Action Required

This new feature is already available in your Dashboard. You can start using it immediately to better manage your transactions.
