How much does Cryptopay charge merchants?
Asked "Are there any hidden fees?", Cryptopay's gateway-page FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026, says no and points merchants to its sales team for "detailed information on fees and commissions". Its accept-page FAQ, checked the same day, says it "offers competitive processing fees" and that "network fees may apply". Two fees are public in its help centre, also checked that day:
- a 1% "conversion fee for exchanges" between currencies in your business account;
- 0.09 EUR to withdraw euros to a business bank account in the SEPA zone.
BlockBee starts at 1% per payment, drops to 0.9% once your volume over the previous 30 days reaches $10,000, and can fall to 0.25%; your industry's risk tier also affects the rate. It charges no setup or monthly fees. Forwarding each on-chain payment to you costs a network fee on top; BlockBee's fees page has a fee calculator.
Cryptopay gives its fees through its sales team, so there is no like-for-like example here. Ask for its figures in writing and set them beside BlockBee's calculator, adding the help-centre fees above if you will convert crypto to euros. Our guide to crypto payment gateway fees shows how the parts add up.
How do Cryptopay and BlockBee pay you?
Cryptopay's gateway-page FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026, says that once a payment has enough confirmations, "the funds are credited to your account". Its gateway page, checked the same day, says you can be settled in crypto or fiat, and lists automatic withdrawals to your bank account and next-day bank settlement.
BlockBee sends each on-chain payment to the wallet address you choose once the payment confirms; by default, its fee and the network fee are deducted first. Payments below a coin's minimum transaction amount are disregarded, so those funds are lost. On-chain payments do not wait in a BlockBee balance. BlockBee pays out in crypto only.
Which coins does Cryptopay accept?
Cryptopay's gateway page and accept-page FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026, say 19 cryptocurrencies; the top of its accept page, checked the same day, says "15+ cryptocurrencies, 35 fiat currencies". That page names 14 coins, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC and Solana; the page lists USDT on ERC20 and USDC but not USDT on other networks. Cryptopay links to a full currency list, which we did not check, and its business FAQ, checked the same day, says the list "may vary depending on your setup".
On BlockBee's cryptocurrencies page the count is 105 assets across 13 networks. USDT runs on 10 of them, including Tron, Polygon, Solana and TON, and USDC on 10.
How do payouts compare?
Cryptopay's business page, checked on 7 October 2026, offers mass crypto payouts: "Pay in crypto from any fiat wallet". Its developer guide, checked the same day, lists two payout charges, Cryptopay's own fee (its amount comes from your account manager) and the network fee, which Cryptopay does not control.
BlockBee pays out from a Self-Custodial Wallet built on TSS (a threshold signature scheme); without your API key, BlockBee cannot move what is in it. Each payout carries up to 100 payout requests in one coin. Payout fees start at 0.5% and fall with volume, and a payout webhook reports when a payout confirms or fails.
Which integrations does Cryptopay offer?
Cryptopay's business FAQ, checked on 7 October 2026, lists a payment API, hosted invoices, email billing and checkout widgets. Its accept-page FAQ, checked the same day, says it supports integration with WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, PrestaShop and VirtueMart.
